You will improve web quality through automation and proactive detection of production issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain QA scripts to detect issues before and after web authoring releases.
• Evaluate, test, and validate websites to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assess service levels and product performance.
• Document technical issues and track status within designated systems.
• Develop solutions to resolve problems and recommend improvements to processes, configurations, and products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Web QA automation.
• Experience with web authoring release cycles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain QA scripts.
• Experience validating website performance and service levels.
• Ability to document and track defects through their lifecycle.
• Degree in any field of study.
