Description

You will own automation and security testing for React-based web applications and their backend APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation frameworks using JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python to test React components.
• Execute automated security test plans to identify vulnerabilities like XSS and CSRF within React applications and APIs.
• Validate backend APIs for secure data handling, authentication, and compliance with standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• Evaluate and implement security controls, manage security telemetry, and patch identified vulnerabilities.
• Support internal and external audits with technical documentation of security measures and quality systems.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Java.
• Experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cucumber BDD, RestAssured, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Excellent SQL skills for data verification and database testing.
• Experience with cloud services (GCP) and containerization.
• Knowledge of SAST/DAST tools and vulnerability scanners.
• Understanding of microservices, Kafka, JWT/OAuth, and secure coding practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Familiarity with distributed tracing and logging.
