Description

You will manage and troubleshoot physical and virtual Windows server environments, ensuring stability and security across the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform L3 level troubleshooting for Windows Server OS (2008 through 2022), including crash recovery and memory dump analysis.
• Execute capacity planning and OS resource analysis to maintain system stability.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, and client installations, configurations, migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Build and troubleshoot Windows clusters and handle OS-related incident problem management.
• Implement Windows server secure baselines, vulnerability remediation, and advanced patching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Expertise in Windows Server versions 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Hands-on experience with ESXi host installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with DNS and DHCP services.
• Experience with SCOM, SCCM, and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Knowledge of ILO, OneView, and physical server management.
• Experience managing backup and antivirus tools.
• Basic understanding of AWS environments.
