Manage website development, maintenance, and sustainable content management systems within a complex environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and edit website content and functionality, integrating web initiatives into existing templates.
• Ensure all websites remain compliant with Government of Ontario standards.
• Analyze website effectiveness using metrics and SEO to provide actionable recommendations.
• Design new workflows and document best practices for ongoing web presence maintenance.
• Produce technical writing and business documentation tailored for diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in English technical and business writing.
• Hands-on experience with Umbraco or .Net CMS.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online and MS Power Platform.
• Experience designing workflows and process maps using Visio, PowerPoint, or Excel.
• Knowledge of Service Management methodologies such as ITIL v3 or v4.
• Ability to develop web components and widgets based on technical lead guidance.
• Strong business analysis skills applied to complex workflows and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with technical leads and subject matter experts in complex environments.
