Description

Lead technical delivery for global development teams and own the architecture, design, and implementation of web features.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical calls and coordinate delivery between Scrum masters, onshore, and offshore developers.
• Own architecture, design, and implementation of new features or updates.
• Manage changes and technical requirements for the development team.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Perform QA on your own work and ensure high attention to detail.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building modern web applications in a professional environment.
• 5+ years of JavaScript experience with deep knowledge of Angular (versions 4, 7, or 11).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed development teams.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for light backend development.
• Experience with databases including MySQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as GitHub, Bamboo, and SonarQube.
• Familiarity with web servers like Apache and UI/UX design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure web services and database systems.
• Experience using Docker or Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
• Familiarity with Node.js.
