Description

You will manage website operations, analytics, and technical support to ensure system reliability and user adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality, addressing issues proactively to maintain availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website errors reported by internal and external users, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Support content updates, page builds, and routine site maintenance in collaboration with IT and Business Units.
• Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and system updates to maintain clear operational records.
• Communicate complex web technologies and data insights in clear terms for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital operations, web administration, or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and backend web applications.
• Proficiency with S3, ESL, and TIBCO integrations and workflows.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts for content management and troubleshooting.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow for issue tracking and coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
• Ability to perform regular audits for accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and security requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and document processes accurately.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing training or guidance to internal users on tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Background in eIFU record creation and review or similar regulatory documentation.
