Description

You will use Google Analytics 4, BI tools, and Tableau to analyze digital platform performance and user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze website and application performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics.
• Create custom reports and dashboards in Google Analytics and Tableau to visualize data for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to define KPIs and establish benchmarks.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience, marketing campaigns, and digital strategy.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity through validation and data governance best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Analytics Reporting.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Marketing.
