Description

You administer the WebEOC application environment and support migration to Juvare WebEOC NexUs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Juvare WebEOC V10 and manage migration efforts to Juvare WebEOC NexUs.
• Manage user provisioning, incident configuration, roles, and positions within the system.
• Create, edit, troubleshoot, and update boards using HTML, JavaScript, or similar code.
• Integrate with GIS systems using the ArcGIS API and manage plug-ins and notifications.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical service providers to implement business requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience administering WebEOC.
• Experience with HTML and JavaScript for board customization.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS API integrations.
• Experience working with cloud and on-premises WebEOC environments.
• Familiarity with system notifications and communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support abilities.
• Experience with technical services and vendor management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EOC communication platforms such as Rave Alert.
• Familiarity with API integrations or basic database concepts.
