You will manage and maintain Webex CCE and UCCE solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage Webex CCE and UCCE components and solutions.
- Design and implement complex call flows and integrations.
- Configure and maintain IVR call flow management.
- Develop and optimize ICM scripting.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Webex CCE and UCCE.
- Deep knowledge of ICM scripting.
- Hands-on experience with IVR management.
- Expertise in call flow design and integration.
- Degree in any graduate field.
