Description

You will design, implement, and support advanced messaging solutions to replace existing Raven and Twilio platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement messaging solutions using the Cisco Webex Connect ecosystem.
• Lead technical discussions throughout the project lifecycle, from design through implementation and support.
• Enable third-party systems to trigger outbound customer interactions via APIs or file-based methods.
• Build applications using APIs and SDKs to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery across technology platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise with Cisco Webex Connect.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs.
• Experience working with SDKs for application development.
• Ability to integrate third-party systems based on contextual customer and business events.
• Degree in any graduate field.
