Description

You will own the end-to-end technical development, performance, and roadmap for the company website.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the website roadmap, technical development, and performance metrics.
• Maintain a scalable design system within Webflow, ensuring alignment with Figma guidelines.
• Develop new landing pages and campaign microsites using the existing component-based architecture.
• Manage site performance, including speed optimization, responsiveness, and technical SEO health.
• Configure and manage analytics and marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of web development experience with strong proficiency in Webflow and no-code best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for custom embeds and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Figma, including maintaining and implementing design systems.
• Strong technical SEO foundation, including schema markup and site speed optimization.
• Experience with marketing integrations, specifically HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of CMS architecture and scalable, component-based Webflow setups.
• Familiarity with workflow automation using Zapier or similar tools.
