Description

You will manage and support the infrastructure and application initiatives related to Oracle WebLogic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize container-based Oracle Fusion Middleware 14c platforms.
• Monitor WebLogic platform health, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage WebLogic clustering, JMS, data sources, and security realms within containerized environments.
• Perform performance tuning, including Thread Dump and Heap Dump analysis.
• Execute 24x7 on-call duties on a rotational basis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience supporting WebLogic Application Server Installation and Administration.
• Extensive experience with Docker image building and YAML configuration.
• Deep knowledge of managing and running Kubernetes clusters.
• Proven experience with WebLogic clustering inside containers/Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines under container architecture.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell or Python.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Knowledge of container probes (liveness, readiness, startup).
• Experience supporting dynamic scaling/clustering for WebLogic/FMW in containers.
