Description

You will manage, secure, and support WebLogic infrastructure components and connectivity for J2EE applications in a high availability environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, backup, and restore WebLogic Server domains, clusters, and authentication providers.
• Plan, install, build, manage, and test WebLogic infrastructure to ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Support multiple WebLogic 11g Servers and J2EE applications, providing troubleshooting and technical support.
• Assist in planning and executing disaster recovery failover testing and scheduled maintenance.
• Automate manual application deployments and perform patching and security compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering WebLogic 11g Servers.
• Strong knowledge of J2EE applications and high availability environments.
• Experience with WebLogic domain, cluster, and authentication provider configuration.
• Proficiency in server installation, security configuration, and patching.
• Ability to automate application deployments and manage backups/restore processes.
• Experience performing disaster recovery failover testing.
• Willingness to perform 24x7 on-call duties on a rotation basis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java-based infrastructure tools and scripting.
• Familiarity with additional WebLogic versions beyond 11g.
