Description

You will manage, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server environments to ensure stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server across multiple environments.
• Fine-tune server parameters including JDBC connection pools, JMS settings, and JVM configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, excessive garbage collection, and threading issues.
• Configure SSL communication, security standards, WebLogic LDAP, and user authentication.
• Mentor junior team members and document all configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in installing, configuring, and administering Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Minimum 6 years of dedicated experience managing WebLogic Server in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in configuring managed servers, JDBC connection pools, and data sources.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle WebLogic Server, JDBC, JVM, and Oracle Database.
• Hands-on experience with clustering, JMS connections, and security configurations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex deployment, performance, and configuration issues.
• Experience setting up SSL communication and security standards for deployed applications.
• Ability to configure MQ and RAC data sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebLogic LDAP for user authentication.
