Description

You will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions and APIs using the IBM webMethods suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, including policies, security layers, and versioning strategies.
• Develop custom services and flows using webMethods Designer, including Flow and Java services.
• Configure and manage the webMethods API Gateway, handling security, throttling, logging, and analytics.
• Implement data transformations using webMethods Transformations and XSLT/XSD.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for webMethods using Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise with the IBM webMethods Suite (API Gateway, Integration Server, Universal Messaging).
• Proficiency in developing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data transformation using XSLT/XSD.
• Experience configuring and managing webMethods API Gateway features.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control using Git and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Jenkins for pipeline automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Universal Messaging in production environments.
• Knowledge of additional integration patterns beyond standard API management.
