Description

You will own the full project lifecycle from design through deployment using webMethods.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of projects including design, development, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable code and produce technical design documentation.
• Maintain substantial parts of the codebase and act as first responder for owned services.
• Perform code reviews and mentor other developers on an individual basis.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to solve problems and escalate wider scope issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in integration development.
• 3+ years of hands-on webMethods development across various communication protocols.
• Expertise in SoftwareAG webMethods 9.8/10.X, including Flow services and JDBC Adapters.
• Proficiency in web services implementation using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience with My WebMethods Server (MWS), Trading Network, and UM Integration Server Administration.
• Strong programming skills in server-side Java or other JVM-based languages.
• Deep understanding of JVM and distributed systems concepts.
• Practical experience with protocols including HTTP, JMS, SFTP, and flat file processing.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and JDBC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Mule or Fuse.
