Description

Lead service operations for WebMethods and Gateway integration environments, owning incident, configuration, change, and release management. You will manage SOAP, REST, and WebSocket APIs, implement security practices, and execute deployment processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident, configuration, change, and release management for WebMethods and Gateway services.
• Manage SOAP, REST, and WebSocket APIs, including routing policies and load balancing.
• Implement security practices using OAuth2, API keys, access control, and threat protection.
• Execute deployment processes, local service development, and CI/CD practices.
• Document SOP-based resolutions and technical integration workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integration and application support.
• Proficiency in webMethods Integration Server and API Gateway architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP to REST transformation and message transformation.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Linux shell scripting.
• Experience with SOAP UI and SQL Developer.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS systems such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, SOAP, and AS2.
• Experience with certificate-based transmission and security protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of APIEE, Kafka, and Google Cloud.
• Experience with WebMethods integration involving mainframe systems or Salesforce.
