Description

You will serve as the technical lead for WebMethods and Java development initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives involving WebMethods and Java architectures.
• Drive development processes and make key technical decisions.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship based on deep industry experience.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
• Resolve complex technical issues and lead technical discussions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Tech Lead role.
• 3+ years of hands-on development with WebMethods or Java.
• Strong proficiency in WebMethods integration and services.
• Strong proficiency in Java backend development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in production support and incident management.
