Description

You will own the multi-year website roadmap, design standards, and change control processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process and maintain the Digital Style and Content Guide.
• Manage updates to Drupal libraries in coordination with vendors.
• Lead design sessions and user research to create personas and translate insights into digital interactions.
• Collaborate with development teams to build and test new website experiences.
• Work with agency content managers to ensure UX meets user needs and implements accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical leadership experience in complex organizations.
• 5+ years of experience in Drupal, UX, UI, and service design.
• 3+ years of experience with Drupal setup, configuration, and site building.
• Proficiency in PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience designing, debugging, and implementing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks.
• Experience implementing accessibility standards in digital products.
• Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end development.
