Description

You will provide L2 production support for WebSphere and IBM HTTP environments, managing daily operational activities and infrastructure maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage WebSphere Application Server and IBM HTTP Server environments.
• Perform daily operational activities, RDBMS tasks, and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Execute backup procedures and respond to alerts from monitoring tools.
• Work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including night shifts and holidays.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience with WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Experience managing IBM HTTP Server.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Foundational knowledge of RDBMS and daily database operations.
• Understanding of internet-based application architecture.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in L2 production support roles.
