Description

You will manage and maintain WebSphere environments to ensure high availability and service stability across UNIX, AIX, and Windows platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer WebSphere on UNIX, AIX, and Windows.
• Apply fix-packs and upgrades while executing global disaster recovery and business continuity programs.
• Manage WebSphere Plugins, resource bindings, and deployment descriptors including application.xml and web.xml.
• Maintain service level agreements for all operational incidents and support core services in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in WebSphere Administration, specifically WAS ND 8.5.5.x.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere Portal, High Availability, and Workload Management.
• Proficiency in installing and administering WebSphere.
• Experience with Jython for automation tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of WebSphere security mechanisms.
• Operating system experience with UNIX, AIX, and Windows.
• Any Graduate degree.
