Description

You will manage and design complex middleware environments focusing on IHS and WebSphere Application Server.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving the design and development of middleware infrastructure.
• Configure, build, and deploy infrastructure in collaboration with architects.
• Execute migrations from WAS ND 7.x to WAS ND 8.0 and 8.5.5.
• Manage and renew DMZ and internal certificates at the Web Server and WebSphere layers.
• Perform support activities as part of regular on-call phone cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware administration.
• Hands-on expertise with WebSphere Application Server and IHS.
• Experience creating WebSphere profiles and configuring security domains.
• Proficiency in LDAP configuration.
• Experience configuring protocols and ciphers at both WebSphere and Web Server levels.
• Ability to integrate SSO with applications and configuration management.
• Technical knowledge of merged plugins, 2-way SSL, and secure/non-secure plugin configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
