Description

You will design, plan, and implement technical solutions for B2B and B2C extended sites models within the WebSphere Commerce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for B2B and B2C business models.
• Collaborate with agile teams to groom backlogs and define technical tasks for user stories.
• Identify and escalate module-level risks and technical issues.
• Propose out-of-the-box capabilities and framework extensions to product owners and scrum masters.
• Lead technical tracks and translate complex solutions for various technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in WebSphere Commerce v8.x programming and application development.
• Deep understanding of WebSphere Commerce application architecture and design decisions.
• Proficiency with WebSphere Commerce toolkit and RAD.
• Experience with web services including SOAP, REST, JCAs, and Jax-ws.
• Strong Java/JEE skills using JSP, JSTL, JDBC, and JAXB.
• Experience with Shell scripting and JavaScript libraries such as JQuery and DOJO.
• Hands-on experience with Ant, Maven, and Jenkins-based CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency with source code management using SVN, GIT, GitHub, or BitBucket.
• Ability to prepare and present technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• WebSphere Commerce V8/V9, ICP, Kubernetes, and SAML.
• SOLR integration and product search concepts.
• Knowledge of XML, WSDL, and XSD.
