Description

Manage and support IBM WebSphere and MQ environments. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues within WebSphere and IBM MQ environments.
• Lead support teams and manage technical environments.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate technical solutions and status clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere and IBM MQ.
• Expertise in WebSphere Application Server (WAS) development.
• Proven experience in WebSphere installation and configuration.
• Deep knowledge of WebSphere deployment processes.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for middleware environments.
• Experience leading support teams in complex environments.
• Ability to work effectively with offshore delivery models.
