Description

You will manage, optimize, and migrate WebSphere Portal environments and middleware infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead WebSphere Portal deployment upgrades and automation initiatives.
• Execute AWS cloud migration projects and middleware patching for WebSphere, Tomcat, and Apigee.
• Design and deliver WAS applications, including clustering via network deployment.
• Configure new middleware instances, including web servers and application servers, in collaboration with development teams.
• Provide technical solutions to business challenges and participate in on-call support rotations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in middleware administration.
• Expert-level experience with WebSphere Portal on Linux.
• Proficiency with WebSphere Network deployment on Linux, AIX, and Windows.
• 3-5 years of experience with IBM Security Verify Access WebSEAL.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere, Linux, AIX, Tomcat, and Apigee.
• Exposure to AWS cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with on-site and off-shore teams.
