Description

You will manage and support WebSphere Portal and HCL DX environments within clustered Linux setups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer WebSphere Portal, Web Content Management, and WebSphere Application Server.
• Execute portal page design, portlet configuration, and content syndication across environments.
• Manage upgrades, migrations, and fix pack applications.
• Troubleshoot performance issues related to infrastructure, databases, and portal interfaces.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience supporting WebSphere Portal or HCL DX.
• Hands-on experience with xmlaccess, configengine, wsadmin, and jacl/jython.
• Proficiency working with Apache/IHS as a frontend webserver.
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools including SVN, Git, and Jenkins.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Ability to provide after-hours support.

Preferred Skills

• WebSphere Portal Administration certification.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.
