Description

Execute end-to-end product design to deliver intuitive experiences for wealth management platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create sketches, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
• Design responsive and adaptive solutions optimized for accessibility and performance.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research data to drive UI decisions.
• Partner with engineers to translate designs into functional products ensuring WCAG ADA compliance.
• Collaborate with UX leads and research teams to integrate holistic solutions into the product ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a UX designer contributing to launched products.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to balance user goals, technology constraints, and business objectives.
• Experience conducting user testing and iteration to validate assumptions.
• Strong ability to present design rationale and build confidence in solutions.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with high ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Banking or Lending products.
• Master’s degree in a design-related field.
