Description

You will own the automation and maintenance of testing for wireless and networking technologies, including root-cause analysis for connectivity issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python or Shell scripts for automated product testing.
• Execute tests within highly automated environments and assist in maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on wireless connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with technology partners and vendor teams to resolve technical problems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Wi-Fi or 802.11 technologies.
• Strong understanding of 802.11 protocols and IP protocols.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with networking and wireless technologies, including home networking protocols like Bluetooth and Zigbee.
• Experience with broadband product testing, including DOCSIS and cable modem standards.
• Hands-on experience testing consumer devices, specifically for high-performance video applications.
• Basic knowledge of data science tools and programming.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Load and Performance testing.
