Description

Lead Wi-Fi protocol development and Linux kernel engineering for embedded wireless systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Wi-Fi features in C/C++ across user and kernel space.
  • Design and implement networking protocols including DHCP, MAP-T, IPv4, and IPv6.
  • Build and optimize cross-compilers, build environments, and packages (Opkg/RPM).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and tune system performance for embedded Linux and OpenWRT.
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage source control workflows.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of programming experience in C and C++.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Wi-Fi, APs, hotspots, and single SSID configurations.
  • 8+ years of Linux kernel development experience.
  • Deep knowledge of networking: Multicast, DHCP, MAP-T, IPv4, IPv6.
  • Experience developing features for OpenWRT or PRPL.
  • Proficiency in Python, Groovy, BusyBox (ash), and scripting.
  • Experience with package creation (Opkg or RPM) and cross-compilation.
  • Strong debugging and performance-tuning capabilities.
