Description

Design, specify, and standardize wireless network operations and traffic.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research and conduct feasibility studies for potential vendors.
• Develop Proof of Concept (POC) test plans and execute vendor testing.
• Create AAA specifications, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
• Develop APIs for provisioning and daily operations.
• Perform integration testing and train relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in wireless engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of 802.11 wireless standards, technologies, and security practices.
• Strong expertise in Wi-Fi roaming, Passpoint, EAP-SIM, EAP-AKA, and TWAG.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP standards and the OSI model.
• Hands-on experience with AAA protocols, including RADIUS and IEEE 802.1X.
• Proficiency with Diameter, TCP/IP, QoS, PCRF, PCEF, and Quota management.
• Working knowledge of access control, DPI, policy control, Netflow, IPFIX, and IPDR.
• Experience with traffic shaping, content filtering, and policy enforcement solutions.
• Strong Unix/Linux system administration or engineering experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tomia, Digital Route, Salesforce, or B/OSS systems.
• Familiarity with Mediation and Billing platforms.
