Description

You will execute wireless technology testing across various hardware and protocols to ensure connectivity and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Wi-Fi functionality, interoperability, performance, stress, latency, and reliability testing.
• Develop and execute test strategies using both automation and manual testing methods.
• Analyze packet captures to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
• Define and collect KPIs to conduct customer experience testing in real-world wireless environments.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in wireless technology testing.
• Deep knowledge of wireless standards including 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be and Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7.
• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi features such as OFDMA, MU-MIMO, Band steering, and MLO.
• Proficiency with 802.11 k/v/r, Mesh, and roaming protocols.
• Experience with Wi-Fi security protocols including WEP, WPA, WPA2, and WPA3.
• Expertise using test tools such as Veriwave, IXIA Chariot, Alethea, and Spirent.
• Proficiency with packet debuggers like Wireshark and Omnipeek.
• Operating system experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS.
• Understanding of industry associations such as WBA and WFA.
