Description

You will manage wireless networking operations and technical troubleshooting for connectivity issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for wireless connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with technology partners and vendor teams to drive architecture decisions.
• Assist in maintaining and developing automated product test environments.
• Execute testing on consumer products and high-performance applications.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in networking and wireless technologies.
• Solid understanding of 802.11 WLAN technologies and IP protocols.
• Proficiency with data science tools and moderate knowledge of scripting/programming.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with home networking protocols including Bluetooth, Matter, and Wi-Fi.
• Knowledge of broadband product testing including DOCSIS, Ethernet, and Cable modem standards.
