Description

You will manage and optimize multi-vendor enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure to ensure network reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics to identify and resolve network reliability issues.
• Develop automated methods to mitigate network events and reduce operational complexity.
• Create and maintain Wi-Fi optimization guidelines and best practices.
• Educate market engineers on optimization standards through meetings and calls.
• Contribute to requirement analysis, engineering design, and solution development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years designing, building, and operating Wi-Fi networks.
• Hands-on experience with RF design and 802.11 standards.
• Proficiency with Layer 2/3 switching and controller-based/less enterprise wireless architectures.
• Experience scaling large Wi-Fi networks end-to-end, including provisioning and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, and DNS.
• CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or CWDP certification.
• Practical experience with switching, routing, and Wi-Fi technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work with monitoring systems for network performance.
