Description

You will manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi network operations and outages.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network outages using NetScout and WAG to identify root causes.
• Analyze abnormal Wi-Fi behavior at the regional, market, and AP levels.
• Execute SQL queries to support technical troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Document and track issues using JIRA or IOP.
• Manage complex projects independently from inception to completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Wi-Fi Core environments.
• Proficiency with NetScout and WAG tools.
• Hands-on experience with AAA protocols and core networking.
• Strong command of Linux/UNIX and Shell scripting.
• Ability to perform SQL queries for data analysis.
• Experience testing cloud infrastructure.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for high-priority issues.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with 4G and 5G Networks (3GPP standards).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
