Description

You will own the integration and performance testing of Wi-Fi Gateways, extenders, home security devices, and managed Wi-Fi clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies and plans for Wi-Fi products, translating customer requirements into test cases.
• Collaborate with product and development engineers to define and document product functionality and requirements.
• Participate in issue triage and root-cause analysis across QA and engineering teams.
• Document testing processes clearly and maintain effective communication with peers and management.
• Design or extend existing test frameworks to support release schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience with Wi-Fi/RF in computer architecture and data communications.
• Experience testing Wireless APs, Routers, and Wireless extenders across 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax/be standards.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, ARP, NAT, Bridging, and Switching.
• Familiarity with industry test tools such as Veriwave, IXIA Chariot, and packet debuggers like Wireshark.
• Working knowledge of UNIX-based systems and command-line tools for analysis and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
