Description

You will execute technical testing and tool development for WLAN and mesh networking hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Design test beds and develop comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Develop custom tools to support Wi-Fi testing workflows.
  • Perform throughput, performance, stability, and stress testing on WLAN systems.
  • Analyze network traffic and signal integrity using packet capture and spectrum analysis tools.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax protocols.
  • Experience with security protocols including WPA2, WPA3, and 802.1X.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi extenders, mesh networking, and steering protocols (802.11k, 802.11v).
  • Proficiency in Linux environments and general coding experience in any language.
  • Ability to use Wi-Fi sniffers and packet capture tools for deep analysis.
  • Experience with hardware tools including spectrum analyzers, attenuators, and RF equipment.
  • Practical use of Ixia, OmniPeek, Wireshark, and Spirent.
