Description

Own connectivity technology validation for an extended customer team, defining test plans and executing hands-on development at the Wi-Fi driver layer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and write comprehensive test plans and test cases for connectivity validation.
• Capture, analyze, and review sniffer logs to identify and comment on problem areas.
• Perform protocol and performance characterization including RvR and RvOvR.
• Execute hands-on development involving Wi-Fi chip-level interfaces to the processor.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in connectivity technology validation.
• Expertise in Wi-Fi covering 802.11 ax/ac/ay/ad.
• Bluetooth (BTC/BLE) experience covering profiles such as A2DP, HFP, AVRCP, GATT, and L2CAP/CoC.
• Proficiency with connectivity test equipment including Octobox, Veriwave, and Vertex.
• Experience with packet sniffers such as Wireshark, tcpdump, Btool, and Ellisys.
• Hands-on experience with traffic generators like iPerf, iGen, and Ixia Chariot.
• Deep understanding of application, framework, network protocol stacks, and driver/FW code.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any graduate degree.
