Description

You will automate testing and validation for wireless and WLAN protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Validate WiFi RF implementation within computer architecture and data communications.
• Test WLAN protocols, QoS, and authentication protocols including RADIUS.
• Verify connectivity across WiFi 6 and WiFi 6E standards.
• Analyze service provider TCP/IP data networks using Ethernet, STP, RSTP, and 802.1q.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in wireless or network automation.
• Deep understanding of WiFi 6 and WiFi 6E.
• Hands-on experience with WLAN protocols and QoS.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols and RADIUS.
• Strong grasp of TCP/IP data networks and 802.11bgnaacax standards.
• Working knowledge of STP and RSTP.
• Experience with Ethernet and 802.1q.
• Familiarity with industry standard WiFi test tools such as VeriWave, IXIA, Chariot, and packet analyzers.

Preferred Skills

• Direct technical experience working with WiFi RF in computer architecture.
