Description

You will develop and maintain core components of our WiFi system.

Responsibilities

• Develop features for OpenWRT/PRPL.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions independently, meeting deadlines.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and tune system performance.
• Improve solutions, systems, and processes proactively.
• Manage individual tasks while working effectively within a team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of programming experience in C / C++ for both user and kernel space.
• 8+ years of experience in WiFi/Wireless networking (AP, Hotspot, Single SSID, Band/Channel).
• 8+ years of Linux kernel development experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols: Multicast, DHCP, MAP-T, IPv4, IPv6.
• Experience with source control management and CI/CD environments.
• Practical experience creating packages (Opkg or RPM).
• Ability to set up cross-compiler and build environments for bootstrapping.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Groovy, BusyBox (ash and tools).
• Ability to identify system performance indicators and corrective actions.
