WiFi SDET

You will own the testing and development of WiFi platforms and wireless protocols within Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to validate WiFi functionality and end-to-end scenarios.
• Perform wireless sniffing and RF debugging using tools like Wireshark or OmniPeek.
• Execute over-the-air testing, interoperability, and coexistence validation.
• Isolate complex issues and define test plans from variable requirements.
• Conduct power consumption testing and optimization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in testing or development of WiFi platforms.
• Proficiency with C# and scripting via PowerShell.
• Experience with Kernel Debugging and trace analysis (.etl, ETW, xPerf).
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi at the application or network level.
• Familiarity with MS tools including Product Studio and WTT.
• Hands-on experience with RF tools such as attenuators, antennas, and RF enclosures.
• Working knowledge of WiFi/BT certification processes (WiFi Alliance, BT SIG).
• Experience with WiFi Direct, P2P, and Bluetooth.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RF PHY development, testing, and basic scope skills.
• Ability to perform PCB rework.
