Description

You will own the integration and performance testing of Wi-Fi Gateways, extender devices, home security devices, and managed Wi-Fi clients.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test Wi-Fi Gateway, extender, and client performance.
• Design or extend existing test frameworks.
• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting on wireless systems.
• Drive projects across multiple teams, presenting findings to SLT.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience with Wi-Fi/RF in computer architecture and data communications.
• Expert knowledge of wireless standards (802.11b/g/n/ac/ax/be).
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6 Addressing, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, ARP, NAT, Bridging.
• Familiarity with industry test tools like Veriwave, IXIA Chariot, and packet debuggers like Wireshark.
• Working knowledge of UNIX-based systems and command-line tools for automation.
• Experience with the full product development lifecycle, including QA processes and deployment.
• Background in secondary networking technologies (Bluetooth, Zigbee, MoCA, Matter).
• Strong skills in scripting and programming languages for data science tasks.
• Ability to work independently while communicating complex technical issues clearly.
