Description

Execute comprehensive WiFi test plans, validate private fixes, and debug complex wireless issues in Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate comprehensive WiFi test plans.
• Investigate and debug WiFi issues to narrow down failure scopes.
• Isolate issues in complex scenarios and define test plans based on variables.
• Develop tools in C# and PowerShell to validate end-to-end WiFi functionality.
• Perform interoperability, coexistence, and over-the-air testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing or development of WiFi platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Wi-Fi at the application or network level.
• Proficiency with C# and scripting/PowerShell for tool development.
• Experience with RF debugging tools such as Wildpackets OmniPeek.
• Hands-on experience with ETW and Message Analyzer.
• Familiarity with MS tools including Product Studio and WTT.
• Knowledge of WiFi Alliance and BT SIG certification processes.
• Experience testing WiFi or RF components such as cellular radio or Bluetooth.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and handle complex debugging tasks.
