Description

Manage Windchill 11.x environments to ensure stability throughout the release lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Deploy break-fix resolutions and release changes to Dev and Stage environments.
• Troubleshoot environment issues, documenting root cause and corrective actions for every case.
• Monitor Dev and Stage environments to minimize downtime during release development.
• Drive technical resolution of issues during go-live phases.
• Review build and patch documentation for all projects, enhancements, and fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windchill Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill 11.x.
• Experience managing system resources during Data Migration.
• Proven ability to handle conflict resolution in uncertain environments.
• Strong communication skills for technical coordination.
• Ability to manage change management and deployment workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with formal validation and deployment of build/patch documentation.
