Description

You will administer and evolve the PTC Windchill PDMLink environment, managing installations, upgrades, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Windchill installation, configuration, performance tuning, and major version upgrades.
• Manage security, user/group permissions, access control policies, and license optimization.
• Execute integration initiatives between Windchill and CAD or ERP systems.
• Maintain Info*Engine tasks, scheduled jobs, and background queues.
• Provide technical leadership during data migrations, system consolidations, and upgrade activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill Administration and upgrades.
• Deep working knowledge of the Windchill PLM domain.
• Experience managing integrations with Creo and SolidWorks.
• Experience managing integrations with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proven ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert and mentor technical staff.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to define PLM strategies and system roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Medical Device industry.
• Relevant PLM certifications.
