Lead large-scale data migration strategies for PLM enterprise systems in the medical device industry.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data migration strategies for large volume datasets using Windchill Bulk Migration (WBM).
• Direct data migrations to cloud-based target systems using AWS Data Sync.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for business transformation programs.
• Manage execution across onsite and offshore teams.
• Ensure data migration processes comply with regulatory, change control, and UDI requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Data Migration Architect focusing on PLM enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in Windchill and Thingworx.
• Proven track record of performing Windchill migrations to cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migration (WBM) and AWS Data Sync.
• Strong understanding of UDI and medical device regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing large-scale business transformation programs.
• Expertise in Data Migration and Cloud Infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
