Description

You will manage and support the Windchill PLM system to ensure efficient operation and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Windchill PLM system to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Customize Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and access controls to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windchill users.
• Develop documentation for configurations and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windchill administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.
• Experience with Windchill customization using Java, JSP, and XML.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills.
