Description

You will serve as the functional expert for PTC Windchill, analyzing business processes and designing solutions within the Communications, Media, and Technology domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements to design solutions that optimize system functionality.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Support Windchill solution implementation through configuration, customization, and system integration.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate the quality of implemented solutions.
• Manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on PTC Windchill.
• In-depth knowledge of PTC Windchill and PLM systems.
• Experience in the Communications, Media, and Technology domain.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with implementation support, testing, and validation.
• Proven ability to manage project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
