Description

Configure and extend PTC Windchill PLM systems using Java and native configuration tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and prototype Windchill PDMLink capabilities, including Workflows, Type and Attribute Manager, InfoEngine, OIRs, and Lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain Java-based extensions and integrations within the PLM environment.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage system configurations across the Windchill suite.
• Present technical updates and solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization.

Required Skills

• 2 to 7 years of experience working with Windchill or related PLM systems.
• Strong development background in Java.
• Hands-on experience configuring PDMLink internals and workflows.
• Proficiency with Object-Item-Relations (OIRs) and InfoEngine.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to travel 100% during the first month and a minimum of 50% thereafter.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ProjectLink, PartsLink, CAD Integration, SUMA, or Arbortext.
• Post Manufacturing (Product in-service) industry experience.
