Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Windchill customizations, workflows, lifecycle templates, object types, attributes, and access controls.
• Configure and enhance Windchill modules to support engineering change management, document management, product structures, and release processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Windchill and enterprise applications.
• Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver technical fixes and system improvements.
• Prepare technical designs, implementation documentation, and deployment plans for Windchill releases.

Skills Required:

• 9-11 years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in Windchill development and customization.
• Extensive hands-on development and customization experience with PTC Windchill.
• Strong understanding of Windchill architecture, data models, workflows, lifecycle management, and configuration practices.
• Experience designing scalable PLM solutions for enterprise engineering environments.
• Ability to develop integrations, troubleshoot application issues, and support testing and release activities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, web services, PLM processes, or Oracle databases.

Education: B.Tech or B.E. degree
