Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for Windchill PLM
• Analyze user requirements and create technical solutions/designs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to team members
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate on story refinement, technical discussions, and effort estimations
• Stay updated with Windchill PLM enhancements and recommend process improvements
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Windchill PLM Development
• Expertise in Core Java
• Experience with EIS PLM – Windchill Technical
• Hands-on experience in Agile/SAFe environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
